Soft barriers - first part

The use of soft barriers encourages the improvement of individual technique and tactics. Every coach can devise a large variety of exercises by easily moving the barriers on the pitch. Goalkeepers' coach also can use them for crosses: if the goalkeeper bumps into the soft barrier, he will not hurt himself because the poles stuck in the grass will yield without offering resistance. All you need is simply to put the barrier back onto the ground.
